With over 45 years of business experience, I've journeyed from the shop floor to the boardroom of multinational aerospace companies.
In December 2020, after retiring from corporate life, I founded Horus Coaching to help others achieve positive results in their lives and businesses.

Why did I choose coaching?
Over 20 years ago, I worked with an executive coach, and that experience was transformative.
It became the launch pad for my career and personal success.

2) One on One Personal Mentoring
Mentoring is a unique opportunity for growth and improvement.
While I will share my life experiences and knowledge to help you, I won't be directive or take control of the relationship.
Everybody needs someone in their corner to support and encourage them.
My goal is to help you manage your learning, develop your skills, improve your performance, and become the person you want to be, fostering a sense of hope and optimism in your journey.
Typically, we'll have monthly one-on-one sessions via Zoom. As a mentee, you'll drive the agenda, and I'll provide the support and guidance you need.

3) Business Coaching.
This is like personal coaching but with a focus on your business.
